FIT Release 2025.4 – October 2025
The new FIT Release 2025.4 is now available and released for Microsoft Windows platform. Please look below for the enhancements and changes of the different modules.
The release is now available to all customers with a maintenance contract in our new helpdesk. Please register on the following page. You will then receive confirmation of your access. You can then submit support requests and download the releases.
All customers who do not yet have access to our helpdesk and want to download the software, please request access via the following link. If you need the release on a data carrier, please send us an e-mail to service@aplusb-solutions.com.
The FIT modules as well as all additional modules are released for the Microsoft operating system Windows 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 Server as well Windows 10 and 11. We support also the databases Microsoft SQL Server 2017, 2019, 2022, and Oracle 12c.
FIT-MI-Server
Enhancements
- Upgrade internal Tomcat to version 9.0.108
Bugfixes/Changes
- File transfer to Sinumerik One via OPC UA NCP services failed; the file was created empty with no content. This problem has been resolved

FIT-HI-DNC

- When transferring an NC program to the machine, an MQTT message can be created for transmission by the MQTT publish service.
FIT-HI-MES
Enhancements
- New module: EXTDoc
- When booking to other operations of the order, it is now possible to book to the last preceding operation that fulfills a configured condition
- When a roller is reported complete, the reported new roller diameter is updated in unfinished turning and knife work orders for the counter roller.
Bugfixes/Changes
- The messages published via MQTT have been enhanced with a ?source? field, and the timestamps contained therein are transmitted as UTC
FIT-HI-WebMenu
Bugfixes/Changes
- With the function “Accept all upload files and delete upload”, no entry was written in the worker messages. This problem has been resolved.
ABService Manager
Bugfixes/Changes
- When calculating rest quantities and other KPIs in the ABService KPICalculator, these were not updated if there were no planned orders for a workplace. This problem has been resolved.
