FIT Release 2026.2 – May 2026

The new FIT Release 2026.2 is now available and released for Microsoft Windows platform. Please look below for the enhancements and changes of the different modules.

The release is now available to all customers with a maintenance contract in our new helpdesk. Please register on the following page. You will then receive confirmation of your access. You can then submit support requests and download the releases.

All customers who do not yet have access to our helpdesk and want to download the software, please request access via the following link. If you need the release on a data carrier, please send us an e-mail to service@aplusb-solutions.com.

The FIT modules as well as all additional modules are released for the Microsoft operating system Windows 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 Server as well Windows 10 and 11. We support also the databases Microsoft SQL Server 2019, 2022, 2025, and Oracle 12c.

FIT-Server

Enhancements

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2025 is now supported (only via ODBC).

Deprecated

  • Windows 10 is no longer supported.
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2017 is no longer supported.

FIT-MI-Server

Enhancements

  • Apache Tomcat has been updated to version 9.0.115.
  • ARC archive files can be transferred via OPC UA.

FIT-HI-Server

Enhancements

  • Apache Tomcat has been updated to version 9.0.115.
  • When requesting and uploading NC programs, parts with empty workplace numbers can now also be included when the availability check “Same workplace” is set.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • Faster start of Tomcat services.

FIT-HI-DNC

Enhancements

  • With the MultiDownload feature (which allows you to download programs from multiple parts at once) can now include additional file types.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • For workplace groups with less than 4 characters, the MI assignment was not displayed correctly in the FIT-MI Administration. This issue has been resolved.
  • The commons-text library used has been updated to version 1.10.0. This version fixes a security problem.

FIT-HI-MES

Enhancements

  • New order availability can be configured in FIT-HI-MES.
  • When reading OPC UA variables, regular expressions can be used to replace or convert text, or to remove parts of it.
  • Automatic NC program transfer triggered via OPC UA.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • With multiscrap MDA scrap reports are now used as default value. Under certain circumstances with action “Quantity reporting multiple tables” MDA scrap reports where not suggested as default value. This problem has been resolved.
  • In some circumstances, times from other linked or composite signals were not correctly booked in the order when the order was completed. This problem has been resolved.

FIT-HI-Analyze

Bugfixes/Changes

  • The commons-text library used has been updated to version 1.10.0. This version fixes a security problem.

FIT-ERPConnect

Bugfixes/Changes

  • An error that occurred when reading the ec.ser file has been fixed.

ABService Manager

Enhancements

  • There is a new service for the AB service for maintaining data in the database, e.g. deleting old entries.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • An error that occurred when reading the ec.ser file has been fixed.
  • Fixed a service naming error when using multiple instances within a single service manager.
