Anonymous data collection
You can generally visit our webpages without telling us who you are. We do not store the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, or the names of the requested files.

Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data will only be collected and processed if you provide it to us voluntarily on our website. This is possible in the following ways:

  • by inquiring about our products
  • by registering for an event or trade fair

Which personal data are transmitted to us depends on the respective input template used for contacting us. The personal data you enter will be will be collected and stored for the following internal use and for our own purposes:

  • to perform the organisational tasks in connection with your planned visit to an event or trade fair hosted by us

  • for the remote maintenance of your supervised software solutions (if you download Teamviewer)

We may arrange for the disclosure to one or more processors, such as service providers, who will also use the personal data solely for internal purposes attributable to us.

Using Wice CRM
We are storing and processing your data for the conclusion of a contract and the associated pre-contractual measures and its execution, as well as for processing your requests in our CRM system Wice. For this purpose, we have concluded an order data processing contract with our service provider.

Legal basis for the processing of your data
The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO – if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in an effective processing of your enquiry in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO or on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, provided that the enquiry was made.

The data collected for the above-mentioned purposes will be deleted as soon as the purpose for storing the data no longer applies, you object to further storage or request us to delete the data, or revoke your consent. Mandatory legal provisions, in particular legal retention periods, remain unaffected.

Transmission of data
The transmission of your data entered in the forms is encrypted in all cases. A transfer of your data to third parties only takes place to our affiliated companies for the purpose of processing your inquiries. Any further disclosure of your personal data to third parties will only take place with your consent, unless there is a legal obligation to do so or for the protection of the rights, property and security of A+B Solutions GmbH.

Insofar as external service providers come into contact with personal data, we explicitly require them to take legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Among other things, our website uses so-called “cookies”, which serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure – for example, to speed up navigation on our platform. In addition, cookies enable us to measure the frequency of page views and general navigation. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer. Use of Matomo
Based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, data is collected and stored on this website using the web analysis service software Matomo (, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, (Matomo). This data can be used to create and evaluate pseudonymised usage profiles for the same purpose. Cookies may be used for this purpose (see 5. Cookies). The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not combined with personal data pertaining to the bearer of the pseudonym. The protection of your data is important to us, which is why we have additionally configured Matomo so that your IP address is only recorded in a shortened form.

With Matomo no data is transmitted to servers that are beyond our control. The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. A storage of the personal data of the users takes place only there. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

SSL encryption
This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the website operator. An encrypted connection can be recognised by the fact that the address bar in the browser changes from “http:” to “https:” . If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot basically be read by third parties.

Use of YouTube in extended data protection mode
We use YouTube to integrate videos. The videos are embedded in extended privacy mode. Like most websites, however, YouTube uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses these cookies to collect video statistics, prevent fraud, and improve usability, among other things. This also leads to a connection with the Google DoubleClick network. Our website contains links to other websites. However, we have no control over the compliance by the operators of other websites with the data protection regulations. As a provider, we are responsible for our own content according to the general laws. A distinction must be made between our own content and links to content provided by other providers. We do not assume any responsibility for third-party content made available for use via links, nor do we adopt their content as our own. Only the provider of the site to which a reference was made shall be liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of information presented in this way.

Your rights to your personal data
According to the Federal Data Protection Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data as well as a right to the correction, blocking (according to FDPA) or deletion of this data at any time.
