FIT Release 2020.3 - July 2020

The new FIT Release 2020.3 is now available and released for Microsoft Windows platform. The release is available for all customers with maintenance agreement and access to our Customer Information Center (CIC) for download (please create a release activity).

All customers who have no access to our CIC platform and want to download the software over CIC have to require access over the following link. The FIT modules as well as all additional modules are released for the Microsoft operating system Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019 Server as well Windows 8 and 10. We support also the databases Microsoft SQL Server 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and Oracle 12c.



  • The operation of the user administration was optimized.
  • When viewing the group members in the user group administration, the group members are now sorted alphabetically by user name.
  • The protocol time data are now hidden in Infocenter.


  • Opening the InfoCenter detail view from shop floor layouts with special characters in the name failed in certain environments. This problem has been fixed.



  • When recording order-related time data, the number of pieces on the pallet can now be recorded in the time data.
  • If activities are split up at night, reported quantities can now also be saved for analysis, distributed over the individual daily shares.
  • At the end of the successful report by the worker, a page is displayed which shows the reported values in the form of a QR code.
  • It is now possible to query the current main user when pressing function keys or requesting an order. When an activity is ended, an additional time data record can be created to store the person who reported the activity.
  • It is now possible to identify the reporting person via a card reader.


  • Several display problems in the function key dialog were fixed.
  • In connection with multiple scrap, the completion of an order requested at another table was not prevented. This issue has been fixed.
  • The configuration of OPC UA Nodes with equal signs or quotation marks in the NodeID caused errors. This problem has been fixed.
  • In some cases not all nodes were displayed when browsing an OPC UA address space. This problem has been fixed. 5. With special configurations, an incorrect failure source selection may have been displayed. This problem has been fixed.
