  • The FIT-HI-Server now uses Tomcat version 9.0.21.
  • The FIT-Tomcat can now be migrated to the 64bit Java version. This allows the service to use more main memory.
  • The OpenJDK version 11.0.3+7 is now used as the Java runtime environment.
  • Attention: If the service FIT-FtpServer does not start after the update of the FIT-HI-Server, the file msvcr120.dll must be copied from the directory fit\run\bin\java\jdk\bin into the directory fit\run\bin\ftp\bin.

FIT-HI-WebMenu

Enhancements

  • The status, which the original part gets after the transfer from the upload, is now configurable.
  • When transferring uploads to the original in the Partdata userinterface, corresponding informations can be displayed to the worker in the workerchat in FIT-HI-MES.
  • When searching for records, a status window is now displayed that informs about the progress of the search and offers the possibility to cancel the search. If search criteria were incorrectly selected or forgotten and therefore too many records are found, this is now recognized more quickly and the search is aborted.
  • The user now has the option to dynamically select predefined search criteria during the search.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • In the print view of a search result, incorrect headings may have been displayed. This problem has been fixed.

Enhancements

Bugfixes/Changes

  • Minor display errors in the upload dialog have been fixed.

FIT-HI-MES

Enhancements

  • Previously, when requesting an order by barcode, only the barcode was searched for and the first data record found was checked. The behavior has now been adjusted as follows: The search is sorted according to the sort sequence of the order availability. If several data records are found, first the data records for the own workstation are checked and then the remaining data records found. The first available record is then requested.
  • Timedata from DNC-Upload and DNC-Download can now be displayed in the workerchat.
  • The coloring of individual order fields depending on the contained value now also works for the requested orders of the operation mode manufacturing. You can now also highlight field that contain any value or fields that are empty.
  • Document links are encoded via encodeURIComponent ().
  • Using OPC UA variables, orders can now be requested in FIT-HI-MES and information on the order and order availability can then be returned.
  • It is now possible to retrieve temperature/humidity and air pressure data from W&T Web Thermometers / Web Thermo Hygrometers / Web Thermo Hygro Barometers via REST and store them in time record fields.

Bugfixes/Changes

  • In operation mode orderreport in connection with Oracle, the filtering of the orders to be displayed by planned work center group/planned work center did not work correctly. This problem has been fixed.
  • Occasionally, deadlock situations could occur under certain circumstances, especially when changing the configuration of the displayed fields. This may have caused individual workstations to be blocked or the FIT Tomcat service to fail to stop. This problem has been fixed.
  • Under certain circumstances, several HI licenses were occupied by one client. This problem has been fixed.
  • In the Assembly operating mode, orphaned references to orders that had been deleted from the order table in the meantime were not removed from the requested orders. This problem has been fixed.

FIT-CapaTool

  • CapaTool now uses JGantt 3.2 Library.
  • Extension of viewer context menu with switches: Multiple/Optimized/Single
